Notice
The 9th International Workshop on China Satellite Communications, Broadcasting and Television Technology and New Equipment Show, (No. [2010]597 MIIT) approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People’s Republic of China, supported by related government departments, and co-organized by China User Association for Satellite Communications, Broadcasting and Television and China Mobile Communications Association, , will grandly open in the golden October in Beijing.
The theme of the workshop is set as Promote New Development of Satellite Applications and Technology through Self-Innovation and Shared Wins with Integration.
Leaders from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and related military departments are invited to the workshop. Academician Sun Jiadong, Shen Rongjun from China Academy of Sciences and academician Chen Shiqing from US Academy of Engineering as well as other famous expert scholars will come to introduce the development trend, market prospect and the state of art science and technology about satellite communications, broadcasting and television, and space application planning. The workshop highlights the characteristics of civil and military integration in satellite applications. With focus of Heaven and Earth Integration and comprehensive planning, the workshop proposes the idea to develop the satellite mobile communication system with Chinese characteristics. It will also explore and discuss the system, product family, standard, use, and safety of satellite communications system.
It serves as a platform to show new system and new products for satellite communication broadcasting and television application system, direct broadcast satellite system, and navigation and positioning system. It provides a good opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and cooperate. The workshop attaches a show, to exhibit company products, increases company popularity and facilitate combination of industry, academic and research findings, so as to increase China’s capability in self innovation and facilitate development of China’s satellite applications.

Executive director and director of association may attend the workshop free of charge by presenting conference notice.

Special guest may attend the workshop free of charge by presenting invitation letter.

Representative from association member enjoys preferential treatment by presenting annual registration certificate. The annual workshop registration fee for member is RMB 600 Yuan per person, which allows 2-4 persons attending the workshop.

300 dollars for each participant. Please arrive at the conference half an hour in advance for conference registration.

Workshop paper, souvenirs and working lunch are provided.
